  • 8 ounces bamboo shoots sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 24 8" square spring roll wrappers
