CROCK-POT BLUEBERRY BUTTER



INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Medium Lemon Zested And Juiced
  • 5 Cups Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar

INTRUCTIONS:
  1. Add fresh blueberries to the pitcher of a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Add pureed blueberries, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice and lemon zest to a 6 quart or larger slow cooker and stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 hour.
